Who we are

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form. That is:
- Your name
- Your company (optional)
- Your email address
- The application type you select
- The one-line duty / project details you write
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not build marketing profiles from this data.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to read, understand and respond to your enquiry, and to hold any follow-up conversation about the work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have initiated.
How the form is processed
The enquiry form is submitted through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. Your details pass through Web3Forms only to deliver that message; see web3forms.com for how they handle data in transit. From there, your enquiry sits in our own email system.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting project or relationship, after which they are deleted. If an enquiry does not lead to work, we remove it once it is clearly no longer relevant.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Confirm what data we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Delete your data where there is no ongoing need to keep it
- Restrict or object to how we use it
